A Leisure and Entertainment company located in California is seeking a Personal Assistant to add to their team.

To qualify for this Direct Hire position, you must have 5 + years of administrative experience, advanced software skills, creative thinking skills, excellent follow through, strong communication skills and be able to take initiative.

In this position you will be responsible for a huge variety of duties that will range from heavy calendaring, scheduling, organizing, using marketing skills i.e. taking an idea and turning it into a fabulous product, and preparing for charitable events that might be held in the home. The hours are 9 to 6 and there will be over time which will be paid. You will also coordinate travel arrangements, manage household staff which includes housekeepers, nannies, gardeners,personal shopping, assist with meal planning with the chef, run errands and anything else that may be required.

Pay - $50K

MOVIE EXTRAS (background players) are the actors in the background who make scenes look realistic and alive. There is a constant need to fill the background of movies, TV shows, TV commercials, music videos, sitcoms and reality shows. Movie Extras get paid up to $300 a day for filling these spaces, standing around, or moving around behind the actors.

Because most Extras are not required to speak, they absolutely don’t need any experience in the entertainment business. There are also no physical requirements – movie makers need individuals of all shapes and sizes to represent groups of real people.  Clerical, customer service, admin, management, receptionist, assistant experience is a plus for this entry level position.

About the Position
