The primary purpose of this role is to interact with all I&D customers, including maintenance of existing accounts, development of new accounts, and building rapport with exhibit houses, key accounts, and others. In addition, this position will manage all I&D show floor operations while maintaining high profile with clients. Some other duties include: Oversee all exhibit system booth rental construction at show siteAssist Exhibitor Sales staff (when possible) with telephone solicitationUnderstand proper procedures to complete paperwork pertaining to I&D DepartmentCheck I&D work orders to verify accuracy of informationSecure all necessary equipment, tools, and supplies needed to service the show floorEnsure that the I&D service desk is properly staffedMake necessary arrangements with Operations Manager to see that all equipment is delivered to show sitePrepare and place all labor calls for I&DPrepare daily show floor worksheet and dispatch labor to the floorInteract with system clients to ensure the highest level of customer service is providedDetermine appropriate discounts for selected exhibitor accounts within the guidelines of The Freeman Companies I&D discount policyTrain and develop lead personnelMaintain knowledge of all facets of I&D Planner/Coordinator and I&D Field Representative jobsProperly delegate responsibilitiesWork with Foremen and Exhibitor Services while at show site.
