Provider of satellite entertainment programming to U.S households DIRECTV Home Services is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join its Oklahoma City, OK team. The Warehouse Manager oversees the the responsibilities within the warehouse which receive, store, track and distribute material, tools and equipment usually within a single location by performing the following duties: Supervises warehouse staff. Reviews bills of lading for incoming merchandise and Technician orders in order to plan work activities. Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory. Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Marks materials with identifying information.. Review technician schedules to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed . Fills requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to technicians. Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Uses computer to enter records into database. Other duties and projects as assigned.

Event & Conference Services is accepting applications for full-time Event Set-Up Crew to be responsible for the timely and accurate setup and breakdown of meetings and events throughout the Towson University campus. Events vary in size from a meeting of six to the University’s Commencement involving 500 graduates and 3,400 guests at each ceremony.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for all setup requirements evenings and weekends.
Thursday, 11am - 7:30 pm
Friday/Saturday, 7 am - 7:30 pm
Sunday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
Crew members perform a wide variety of manual labor activities specifically related to the set up and breakdown of tables, chairs, stages, banners, and other event related equipment. Set-Up Crew also assist in equipment inventory, inspection, repair, and control. Occasional overtime may be required.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; 2 years related experience; and valid Maryland Non-commercial Class C or valid Maryland Commercial B Driver’s License (CDL). Must be able to pass a Maryland DOT physical qualifying to drive Federal DOT restricted vehicles. Employees will be subjected to drug and alcohol education and testing as required under Federal Highway Administration and the State of Maryland regulations. A Criminal Background Investigation is required for the hired candidate and the results may impact employment.
Salary: $26,931 annually; applicants with TU or USM service may receive salary credit. The position is contingent on funds being available at time of hire.

LIGHTING TECHNICIAN - CIRQUE
Job Functions:
Run follow spot cue tracks as directed for performances, artist training, and special events
Maintain cue track documentation and participate in cue track rotation as directed
Inspect and maintain lighting equipment, as well as update maintenance and inspection records as directed
Maintain a safe working environment at all times by adhering to all established safety policies and procedures; participate in all required safety classes and emergency rescue procedure training
Maintain a flexible schedule for work calls, special events, rehearsal/training, maintenance and evening show performances
Preserve the on-going; long-term "opening night" quality, the lighting designer’s vision, and the artistic integrity of the production according to the needs of artistic, technical and company management.
Work closely with the Head of Lighting in supporting the shows needs during rehearsals and performances
Ensure equipment and supplies are stocked in sufficient quantity to ensure the on-going needs of the production
Under the direction of the Head of Lighting and technical management ensure lighting department documentation is current and formally recorded to preserve the original intention of the designers, and utilize TMA and other provided software tools to track all preventative and reactive maintenance routines, as well as any other information pertinent to the security of the show’s run.
Maintain a safe working environment by conforming to all established safety policies and procedures
Participate in all required safety classes and emergency rescue procedure training
Observe safe wiring practices and maintain equipment in accordance with industry standards for safe operations.
Participate in special projects, including the installation of new lighting show elements
Develop a thorough knowledge of Lighting Department equipment specific to the production in order to operate it safely.
Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, be self-motivated and provide a positive work environment both inside the department and theatre-wide.
Assist with the cross-training program to backup console operators and moving light repair technicians
Learn and run other pertinent show tracks to ensure the safe and continued operation of the show as required by the Head of Lighting and Technical Management.
Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
