POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position will support the Anti-Doping Program Executive Director in the coordination and administration of the PGA TOUR Player Anti-Doping Program.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of all manuals, forms, and files relating to the Anti-Doping Program.
Assist in the intake, review, processing, and tracking of all Therapeutic Use Exemption (“TUE") (medical waivers to use a substance on the PGA TOUR Prohibited Substances and Methods List) requests. Maintain a confidential electronic database of TUE applications, records, determinations, and renewal dates.
Assist Executive Director in preparation and maintenance of all Anti-Doping records and files in connection with player drug testing, including communication with Drug Free Sport (drug testing agency), Competitions Department, Tournament Business Affairs Department, Tournaments, and volunteer physicians.
Assist in the development and maintenance of educational materials and presentations for players, senior management, and other constituents relating to Anti-Doping Program.
Track listing of NSF Certified for Sport supplements to provide current certification and purchasing information to players as requested.
Coordinate scheduling matters and maintain current contact information for TUE Committee Members, consulting experts, and approved counselors.
Special projects and other duties as assigned
